Orders

If you realize you have forgotten something and want to add or change an order already confirmed, call 0365/896668 or write an e-mail shop@arredamentiitalia.it. Our staff will inform you about the status of your order and the possibility of fulfilling your request.

We accept credit cards of the circuits Mastercard, Visa and Maestro, Postepay. You can also pay by bank transfer in advance and Paypal.

It's easy to buy products on the Arit e-shop website.
Navigate the site using the menu in the header, helping you with the categories of reference and click on the product you like to see more information. Choose the products that interest you and specify the quantity you want to buy and click on ""Add to cart"". You can check the content of your order by clicking on the symbol at the top right of each page.
When you are ready to conclude the order, click on ""Proceed with the purchase"" and after entering your shipping and payment information, click on ""Confirm"".
Once the operation is completed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with the summary of your transaction.

Delivery

The day after the shipment, you will receive an e-mail with all the information about the delivery. If you need the tracking of the shipment contact our staff at shop@arredamentiitalia.it

In Italy - if the order exceeds € 50.00 shipping costs are free, for lower orders will be applied a contribution of € 3.99
Out of Italy - shipping costs depending on the country of delivery, this will be specified at the moment of payment.

In Italy: Delivery will be made within 2/3 working days from confirmation of payment. Out of Italy: Delivery will be made within 3/7 working days from confirmation of payment.

If the first attempt of delivery is not successful, the courier will leave a coupon of the passage and will try to contact you (phone, email included in the purchase) to arrange a new appointment. If this attempt is not successful, your order will be in storage. But do not worry, you will be contacted by our Customer Service to define how to proceed. We recommend in any case to indicate as a place of delivery an address where it is more likely that there is always someone during the day.

Products

Our packaging system ensures that the product arrives intact at destination. We have chosen specialized couriers to guarantee a fast and safe delivery. In case of breakage during transport, it will be possible to replace the items by sending photographs of the damaged products to shop@arredamentiitalia.it

Customer service

You may exchange purchased items or get a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will need to send notice via email to shop@arredamentiitalia.it.
We will contact you with instructions on how to return the items. The products must be intact and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt we will refund the amount of the returned products.
