I prodotti acquistati saranno consegnati all'indirizzo indicato dal cliente. I prodotti saranno consegnati durante tutti i giorni lavorativi. La consegna dei prodotti potrà essere frazionata, senza che ciò comporti alcuna responsabilità per Arredamenti Italia group S.r.l.
In case of theft/loss, Arredamenti Italia group S.r.l. commits itself to send a new product or, if not available/exhausted, it will issue a credit note with refund of the amount already paid. In case of transporter appointed for any reason by the customer, Arredamenti Italia group S.r.l. declines any responsibility after the goods have left its warehouses.
Shipping costs amount to a minimum of Euro 3.99 and may vary depending on the order amount, shipping method, delivery address, weight and volume of the Product purchased. The Customer will be able to check the final price of the shipping costs before starting the payment. If the Customer is eligible for a special promotion or shipping discount, the system will notify the Customer prior to purchase confirmation.
Delivery Times/ Goods Control:
The products will be delivered within 3/7 days from receipt of order (Times may vary depending on the method of payment chosen).
Before the withdrawal of the product, the customer and / or the appointed of the withdrawal of the goods (receiver) is required to check and verify carefully, in the presence of the carrier, the integrity of packages delivered and their number. Any discrepancies in number and/or integrity must be reported in writing in the dedicated space on the delivery note which, duly signed, will remain with the carrier. Once this has been done, the client must immediately contact Arredamenti Italia group S.r.l. to report the problem.
